LINDA BAKER

President

Linda Baker, 2026 Dallas Business Journal’s Women in Business Nominee, is an Award Winning Dallas Interior Designer known for her passionate approach on life, relationships and design. With over 25 years of experience in the design industry, Linda and her team are known in Dallas for their custom high-end design in both residential and commercial properties, while still creating a comfortable environment for all to enjoy. Stunning design residentially has garnered her firm to win repeatedly in Dallas and Texas, and Linda also has designed for commercial clientele such as Oil and Energy, Medical, Financial Firms, Restaurants and Legal Offices, and has the privilege of renovating several Dallas Republic Title offices throughout the DFW area.

Heather Mattox

Vice President

Heather Mattox brings a unique blend of business strategy, creative vision, and operational leadership to her role as Vice President of Baker Design Group. A graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Heather began her career in television, radio, and retail before moving into merchandising and financial planning with Zale Corporation.

In 2007, Heather joined Baker Design Group and has spent nearly two decades working alongside President and Founder Linda Baker to help grow the company into the multifaceted design firm it is today. As Vice President, she oversees business development, marketing strategy, construction operations, and Baker Design Group’s nationally recognized Christmas division, while helping guide company-wide growth, team development, and strategic initiatives.

Throughout her tenure, Heather has been instrumental in developing new areas of the business, including BDG Construction, while also helping expand the Christmas division into a full-service residential and commercial operation. She has led the design, planning, and production of large-scale holiday installations and continues to bring together creative vision, strong partnerships, and the detailed execution required to move complex projects from concept to completion.

In 2023, Heather stepped back into a hands-on design role for a personal vacation rental project, which went on to receive three national design awards—an accomplishment that reflects the creativity and design perspective she brings to her leadership role.

Outside of Baker Design Group, Heather and her husband enjoy life with their three daughters, spending much of their time supporting their many activities. As a family, they love creating experiences together, traveling to new places, watching sports, and enjoying projects around their home.

Libby Marrs

Artistic Creative Director

Libby is a North Texas native, who grew up in the Park Cities area. She loves all things nature and art, and has been working on a career that ties the two together since her teenage years. After earning her BFA with honors from TWU, Libby was a residential project manager with Bethel Studio. She then ventured out on her own by producing commissioned artwork and fine decorative finishes for many luxury residences. Fresh florals were always a passion throughout the years and after a decade, she finally joined the field professionally and jumped into faux botanicals! The sculptural aspect of the silk flowers, along with creating lively additions to arrangements has been a natural fit for Libby. With a wealth of knowledge in the floral industry and art, she is a bit of a style chameleon, and enjoys producing pieces that reflect the setting they will inhabit. Libby continues to add special decorative touches to Dallas homes throughout her botanicals and she looks forward to creating custom floral arrangements!

Maggie Domanowski

Floral Designer

Maggie, one of the talented floral designers behind every arrangement at Curate Florals. With several years of experience crafting our everyday collections, she brings a keen eye for detail and a genuine love of flowers to each piece she creates. Her holiday work is especially beloved, and her Christmas designs have become a favorite among our clients year after year. When she’s not in the studio, she’s spending her weekends with her kids, cherishing the moments that inspire her creativity and warmth in everything she designs.

Sophia Casillas

Marketing Manager

Sophia brings a strong foundation in storytelling and strategy to her role as Marketing Manager at Baker Design Group, where she supports the firm’s marketing efforts and overall brand presence.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a concentration in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Arkansas Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences, followed by a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Arkansas Walton College of Business. Her academic background blends creative communication with strategic insight, shaping how she approaches marketing with both intuition and intention.

Prior to joining Baker Design Group, Sophia led marketing strategy and execution across multiple brands, managing campaigns from concept through completion. Her experience spans social media, digital platforms, content development, and event marketing, with a focus on luxury and lifestyle-driven brands. Operating as both strategist and creative, she developed cohesive brand narratives and executed initiatives that strengthened brand presence and engagement.

Known for her attention to detail and strong sense of ownership, Sophia brings a thoughtful and proactive approach to her work. She thrives where creativity and strategy intersect, contributing to work that is both visually compelling and intentionally executed.

Beyond her work, Sophia enjoys horseback riding, traveling, and spending time with her friends, family, and her pug, Olive.

Whitney Cyrus

Accounting Operations Manager

As Baker Design Group’s Accounting Operations Manager, Whitney brings more than 15 years of experience in accounting and financial operations, ensuring the firm’s financial foundation is as strong as the spaces it creates. With expertise in full-cycle accounting, payroll, job costing, budgeting, and process improvement, she keeps day-to-day financial operations running smoothly so the design team can focus on bringing clients’ visions to life.

Whitney is passionate about creating efficient systems, strengthening financial processes, and delivering accurate reporting that supports thoughtful business decisions. Her collaborative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make her an integral part of the Baker Design Group team.

When she’s away from the office, Whitney enjoys spending quality time with her children, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and discovering new restaurants throughout the Dallas area.

Sara Kelliher

Operations and Seasonal Manager

Sara is an integral part of the Baker Design Group team, ensuring that our projects run seamlessly. As our Operations Manager, she oversees our entire warehouse, working closely with our receiving warehouse and interior designers to guarantee timely delivery and perfect condition of all items for client installations. Sara’s exceptional organizational skills and diligence are particularly evident during the holiday season, where she manages all of our Christmas installations and crews. Before joining Baker Design Group, Sara gained valuable experience in retail management and sales. When she’s not busy orchestrating the smooth operation of BDG, Sara enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and indulging in her love of reading.

Nicole eversgerd

Business Development

Nicole has been an integral part of Baker Design Group’s continued growth, serving as Business Development Coordinator and working directly alongside Linda and Heather. Nicole brings a unique combination of design insight and business acumen. She has built quality professional experience in interior design sales and marketing and is a graduate of the Fay Jones School of Architecture, where she developed a strong foundation in design thinking.

At BDG, Nicole is known for her initiative and her willingness to support those around her. You will often find her partnering with team members to move projects and priorities forward. With her forward-thinking mindset and ability to connect ideas with execution, she thrives in collaborative environments and plays a key role in strengthening the firm’s positioning within the industry.

Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys spending time with her friends, her beloved puppies, and her family. When she finds the time, she gravitates toward painting.
